Anti-


You can see the beginnings of my new project right here. Please send me some poems to consider for the first issue of Anti-, which I'm aiming to have ready in early 2008, or for featured writer status thereafter (depending on editorial whim). The guidelines are here. Also, please spread the word to other writers and readers. I'm planning on doing a lot of fun things with this journal as it evolves.

The guidelines page says poems that have appeared on blogs are not previously published but anything the editor can Google is previously published. You can Google blogs. You might want to change the wording.

Actually, it says that drafts posted on blogs are not previously published, meaning that if they posted a draft and then deleted it, it shouldn't be Googlable anymore. (Actually, the drafts I post aren't Googlable from the get-go.) So the guidelines stay as they are.

I love the idea of the poets saying what they're against. I bet it will be more defined and interesting than most "pro-" statements.
