Chapbook contest results


Congratulations to Robert Perchan, who just won the 2005 Poetry West Chapbook Contest with his entry Mythic Instinct Afternoon: Prose Poems.

These poems are, to use a phrase I don't often apply to poetry, some fucking sick puppies.

Thanks for posting this here. I had just checked yesterday and nothing. Your contest is my favorite. I'm 0 for 2, but I think you and your people at PW do a kick-Ass job of selecting the best manuscript, so I don't mind at all. I look forward to getting my copy of the winning book. Thanks again!
